Heritage Sweater - Knitting Pattern

HERITAGE is a boyfriend-style raglan sweater with an oversized fit and features long, cosy sleeves and body, and a generous neckline. The sweater features an all-over simple colourwork detail. The sweater is knitted from the bottom up in the round. The sleeves are knitted separately and then joined with the body on a long circular needle. HERITAGE was inspired by traditional Norwegian men's knitwear.

For an oversized fit, choose a size 15-25 cm larger than your actual chest circumference, for a relaxed fit - 10-15 cm larger. For reference: the sample in the photo is in size 2 with 25 cm positive ease.

Gauge
10 cm = 17 sts and 19 rnds on needle size 5.5 mm in pattern in st st (after blocking).

4.0 mm and 5.5 mm 60-120 cm circular needles and/or DPNs.
